These standards apply to the Lion Menu mobile application and any related web properties or services we operate that are covered by the same brand and policies. They apply to all users, community submissions (such as listings or event information where applicable), and any user-generated content or media handled through our services.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of our services that involves, promotes, solicits, or facilitates CSAE, including but not limited to sexualization of minors, grooming, trafficking of minors, or sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Examples of what is not allowed on our services include:
We may update this list and our enforcement practices as laws, platform rules, and risk assessments evolve.
We use a combination of technical measures, policy enforcement, and human review where appropriate to identify and address violations. When we become aware of content or behaviour that violates these standards or applicable law, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records as required, and report to competent authorities in line with legal obligations.
We do not use our services for any purpose that enables CSAE, and we do not knowingly permit others to do so.
If you believe content or behaviour on Lion Menu violates these standards or puts a child at risk, contact us immediately at info@lionmenu.online with as much detail as you can safely provide (for example: description, approximate time, and how it appeared in the app). We take reports seriously and will assess them promptly.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (for example 000 in Australia), in addition to any report you send to us.
Where the law requires, we will cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organisations. We may preserve and disclose information to authorities when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the safety of children, to respond to lawful process, or to meet our legal obligations.
These standards work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the stricter requirement for child safety and legal compliance applies.
We may update this page from time to time. The version on this URL at the time of your review is the published standard. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, by other notices in the app or by email.
